Lumen Nursing Education, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ABG Master application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in Kentucky and are committed to protecting your privacy.

Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a secure hash). We may also store your display name if you provide one.

Usage and progress data: We track your learning progress, including completed tutorials, reviewed scenarios, quiz results, XP, streaks, and earned badges, so the App can personalize your experience and resume where you left off.

Payment information: When you purchase a Pro subscription, payment is processed by Base44 Payments (our payment processor). We receive a transaction identifier and subscription status, but we do not store your full card number or other sensitive payment details — those are handled entirely by the processor.

Technical data: We automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, browser, and app interactions to maintain and improve the App.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
• To track and display your learning progress, XP, and achievements.
• To process subscription payments and grant or revoke Pro access.
• To send you service-related communications, such as password resets.
• To monitor for fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To improve our content, features, and user experience.

We process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the App, our contractual relationship with you, and your consent where applicable. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the App — such as our hosting platform, authentication provider, and payment processor (Base44 Payments). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@lumennursingeducation.com. Transaction records may be retained as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@lumennursingeducation.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
