ABG Master offers two Pro subscription plans, both billed through Base44 Payments:
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Both the Monthly and Semester plans are canceled the same way — there is no difference in the cancellation process between them.
When you cancel, your subscription stops auto-renewing and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. For example, if you cancel your Monthly plan mid-cycle, you keep Pro access through the end of that billing month. If you cancel your Semester plan, you keep Pro access through the end of the six-month term.
To cancel, contact us at hello@lumennursingeducation.com and we will process the cancellation for you.
Because Pro access remains active through the end of your paid period after cancellation, we do not automatically issue refunds for partial billing periods. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge was made in error, or you have a specific concern about a payment, please contact us at hello@lumennursingeducation.com with your account email and transaction details, and we will review your request promptly.
Once your paid period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. You will keep your learning progress, XP, and earned badges, but Pro-only content (advanced tutorial steps, the full scenario library, the complete question bank, and Timed Exam Mode) will no longer be accessible unless you re-subscribe.
If you notice a charge you do not recognize, or believe you were charged in error (including duplicate charges), contact us at hello@lumennursingeducation.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and take effect for future billing cycles. Current subscribers will be notified of material changes.
