Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ABG Master application (the "App"), operated by Lumen Nursing Education, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is an educational tool designed for nursing students and healthcare learners preparing for the NCLEX examination. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at hello@lumennursingeducation.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

ABG Master offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier with two subscription options: a Monthly plan at $4.99 per month and a Semester plan at $14.99 per semester. Subscriptions are billed through Base44 Payments and auto-renew according to the plan you select, unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method through our payment processor.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell content from the App without our written permission.

All content within the App, including tutorials, clinical scenarios, quiz questions, graphics, and software, is the property of Lumen Nursing Education, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written consent.

The App is provided for educational and study purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen Nursing Education, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Pro subscriptions remain subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
